Job Overview



* Company: Professor Gatsby's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical.


* Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $50 per hour plus commissions and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.


* Location: Berlin Township, NJ


* Job/Employment Type: Full Time.


* Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) plus overtime and monthly on-call rotation.


* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.

How You Will Make an Impact



* Troubleshoot and diagnose complex heating and cooling system failures to provide immediate comfort solutions.


* Educate clients on technical issues using layman's terms to ensure they can make informed repair decisions.


* Execute high-quality repairs on residential HVAC equipment while maintaining strict attention to detail.


* Maintain a prompt and reliable service schedule to uphold our status as the highest-rated provider in the region.


* Coordinate with the service team to ensure all technical documentation and parts orders are processed accurately.


* Promote world-class customer service by treating every home with the care and precision our mascot represents.

Required Qualifications & Experience



* 2-3+ years of professional experience in HVAC service and repair.


* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to master the trade.


* Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company safety standards.


* Ability to work overtime and participate in a weekend on-call rotation once per month.
