Work you'll do

As an AVP, Engineering Delivery Management on the Government & Public Services Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead application delivery teams responsible for the build, operation, and enhancement of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)


* Direct end-to-end engineering delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies


* Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to align delivery with program objectives


* Establish delivery governance, issue escalation, and performance reporting to support stable operations and continuous improvement


* Develop and coach engineering and delivery leaders while driving accountability for execution and client service

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 10+ years of experience leading application delivery, engineering delivery, or technology program delivery


* 5+ years of experience leading large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), healthcare payer, or state government technology programs
