Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Compensation: Starting pay: $25.61Upon successful completion of training, pay increases to $27.67$2.00 shift differential for hours worked on swing shift Job Overview: Were seeking self-motivated, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and actively contribute to a hands-on team environment.

Responsibilities: Grade, sort, and pull wood veneer from a moving conveyor belt.Palletize and stack veneer sheets according to specifications.Perform cleanup duties.Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.Support team efforts to maintain equipment efficiency and productivity.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularlyAble to work 10-hour shifts, 45 days per week (overtime required).Excellent attendance and punctuality is required.Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethicPrior production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment: The environment can be loud, dusty, hot, or cold depending on seasonal conditions.
