Epic Beaker Analyst

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As an Epic Beaker Analyst, you will work as a consultant, on a project within a Healthcare engagement team and be responsible for providing steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours.

This includes incident resolution, service requests, enhancement build, upgrade build and support.

Qualifications

Required


* Must have an active certification in Epic Beaker module


* 1+ year of experience in Epic system configurations and customer service


* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


* Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
