Foreman- Utilities (Water, Storm and Sewer)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Foreman to lead field crews in the layout, installation, and backfilling of sewer, water and storm pipe on active construction sites.

This role works closely with the General Utility Superintendent and Superintendent to plan sequencing, maintain productivity, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a 25 person pipe crewOperate heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill pipePlan and sequence pipe installation to avoid conflicts with other trades and public impactMonitor the jobsite for safety hazards and enforce company safety standardsEnsure proper operation and care of assigned equipmentReview job cost and production to keep work within budgetReview and approve employee time reportingMaintain professional communication with project owners and inspectors
