Position: Deputy Manager / Manager -Quality

Work Location: Vadodara

Educational Qualification (Either Diploma with 2-7 year's experience or BE/B Tech with 2-5 years of experience)

Specialization : Electronics / Electrical + Electronics

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)


* Establish and maintain a monthly reliability dashboard


* Develop and enhance test bench capabilities to assess and validate the reliability of electronic components and finished products


* Evaluation carried out for Component and sub assy PCBA -SER


* Execute the reliability plan as per defined schedules, ensuring timely completion of testing, validation, and reporting activities


* Drive improvement and digitalization initiatives in reliability processes

Functional Competencies:


* Understanding & knowledge of Quality Function


* Knowledge & experience in manufacturing processes like electronics process, electrical , assembly, etc.


* Understanding of Reliability Standards of electronics


* Understanding & hands-on experience of analysis tools such as 7 QC tools, QC Story / problem solving methodology, PFMEA


* Usage of SAP Functionality - QM & MM module, MS Office


* Understanding & hands - on experience standard equipment


* Understanding & hands - on experience of Modbus, Ethernet
