As a Technical Intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on projects that design, develop, and optimize innovative products and solutions.

This isn't just observation-it's hands-on experience that builds the foundation for your future.

What will you do:


* Support Product Engineers in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes.


* Assist in analyzing product performance, yield, quality metrics, and reliability data.


* Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation for product-related issues.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain.


* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and engineering change records.


* Support product qualification activities, testing, and data collection efforts.


* Analyze engineering data using Excel and other digital tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.


* Assist with product transfer, new product introduction (NPI), and product lifecycle management activities.


* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.


* Create presentations and reports to communicate project progress and technical findings.


* Follow company safety, quality, and engineering standards while contributing to daily operations and special projects.

What qualifications will make you successful:


* knowledge of electrical, electronic, and manufacturing engineering principles.


* Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.


* Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and product specifications.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.


* Familiarity with engineering and statistical analysis tools is a plus.


* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies is a Plus.


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and reliability.


* Effective communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.


* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet project deadlines.


* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


* English communication skills (written and verbal) preferred.
