Mechanical Solution Engineer

Join us as a Senior Engineer specializing in electrical systems technical tendering.

You'll design innovative solutions for complex power infrastructure projects, working closely with commercial teams to deliver proposals that win-and set the stage for flawless execution.

What will you do?


* Develop technical solutions for electrical system opportunities, including power distribution, backup systems, and multi-system integration


* Ensure bid competitiveness and compliance by optimizing equipment selection, interfaces, and engineering budgets


* Collaborate with opportunity leaders and tendering teams to mitigate technical risks and enhance proposal quality


* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering colleagues on complex or escalated issues

* Problem Solving - advanced level; identifying technical risks and optimizing proposals under tight deadlines


* Electrical Distribution Systems - intermediate level; designing power architectures for HV, MV, and LV applications


* Technical Solution Design - intermediate level; translating customer requirements into executable project plans


* Quotation Management - intermediate level; preparing cost-competitive bids aligned with technical scope


* Requirements Analysis - intermediate level; capturing and validating customer needs with precision


* Power Backup Engineering - intermediate level; integrating generation, storage, and conversion assets into system designs
