Location & commitments:


* 6-month civil contract (Umowa Zlecenie) - 25h per week.

Your IMPACT:


* Be first point of contact for Schneider's Electric employees when it comes to HR questions and issues regarding current campaigns.



* Communicate with employees (phone, chat, self-service) and process their requests in systems,



* Communicate with stakeholders, experts to solve queries,



* Research required information using available resources and business acumen to provide employee with the solution,



* Constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers,



* Identify improvement areas.

Your Profile:


* Student of psychology/sociology/MBA/management or related,



* Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams),



* Problem solving, pro-active attitude and innovation spirit,



* Passion about customer service,



* Team-working skills and drive to change personality.

Languages:


* Fluency in English



* Fluency in French

Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
