Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead shop floor digitization and operational excellence initiatives across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes


* Lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) configuration, implementation, and integration with enterprise resource planning, automation, and data platform environments


* Lead testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption activities across project delivery phases


* Support process integration, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and delivery of Smart Factory and digital supply chain solutions


* Contribute to Deloitte's practice development through knowledge sharing, innovation, and support for complex client challenges
