Key Responsibilities


* Lead end-to-end planning activities (supply, inventory, etc.) for a product group within our Ultrasound business.


* Lead planning and coordination needed for early supply chain set-up and launch activities.


* Represent Supply Chain Planning in project teams to ensure that the demand, supply, and capacity plans are included in our standard planning processes.


* Ensure data integrity related to planning and manufacturing in systems that include but are not limited to ERP and master data management systems.


* Conduct and lead detailed data analysis to support IBP / S&OP and other related forums.


* Build and apply in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight.


* Identify and understand potential business risks and service disruptions.

Develop scenarios with detailed assumptions and present to leadership in logical, concise format for decision making.


* Identify and implement recommendations for planning process improvements which can address systems, processes, and data, etc.

Qualifications:


* A bachelor's degree is required.

A focus degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.

A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.


* A minimum of 3- 5 years supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing experience is required.
