NHC HealthCare Dickson is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team.

As an RN, you will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting positive outcomes for our patients and residents.

Position Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.


* Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered.


* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.


* Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.


* Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.


* Assist with development and implementation of individualized plans of care.


* Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.


* Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.

Qualifications


* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.


* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.


* Graduate Nurses (GNs) are encouraged to apply.


* Current CPR certification as required.


* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.


* Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.

Sign-On Bonus
Eligible full-time hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
