On average, the affiliate builds and renovates 100 homes in the Los Angeles region each year, ranking it among the largest affiliates nationwide.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) is seeking a Manager of Individual Giving to grow annual giving revenue and donor engagement by implementing effective fundraising strategies, cultivating and stewarding donor relationships, leveraging donor data to inform decision-making, and creating meaningful opportunities for supporters to connect with Habitat LA's mission.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and execute annual giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives, including employee giving, tribute and memorial giving, affinity groups, faith partnerships, community fundraising, and special appeals to achieve annual revenue and participation goals.Cultivate and steward individual and faith-based donors through personalized engagement, relationship-building, and moves management strategies designed to increase donor retention, giving, and long-term support.Maintain accurate donor records, conduct prospect research, track donor activity and communications, and analyze fundraising performance to support donor segmentation, pipeline development, and strategic decision-making.Support the planning and execution of signature events, donor cultivation activities, stewardship events, and community engagement opportunities that strengthen relationships and advance fundraising goals.
