Training & Development Administrator

Job Summary

We're looking for a Training & Development Administrator to provide multi-function, multi-level support to the Site Training & Development Consultant at our Tampa, FL facility.

The ideal candidate is confident, helpful, collaborative, and energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

This role plays a key part in the new hire onboarding experience, on-the-job training (OJT), annual compliance training, and other site training initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing


* Support the Site Training Lead with administrative needs related to On-the-Job Training, Dayforce compliance training enrollment, new hire onboarding, and classroom instruction on manufacturing-related topics


* Help deliver OJT lesson plans and build classroom presentations that engage operators in collaborative learning


* Build and maintain strong working relationships across the site, establishing trust and credibility with both internal partners and operators


* Track and manage certification and training records for the site, and maintain employee training records to support competency assessments


* Recognize key training or compliance issues and communicate them clearly to management


* Take on additional training-related duties as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For


* High school diploma required, along with an Associate's degree (or equivalent trainer/educator experience); Bachelor's preferred


* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)


* High integrity, with the ability to protect confidential information


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach


* Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision


* Self-motivated and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced, changing environment


* Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
