Digital Project Manager

Manage Deployment of Global Unify Best of Breed Applications for Front office DCR and Customer experience and Commercial Transformation across International Operations Zones - Greater India, Middle East & Africa, Pacific and South America.

Project Governance & Execution


* Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms - CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS and ERP


* Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.


* Drive SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors and VPs to report progress, risks, and drive decisions

Stakeholder & Business Alignment


* Collaborate across CXCT, DCR, Country Business and Transformation Leaders, Digital Delivery, Zone BRMs to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals


* Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the digital team


* Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities

Testing & Cutover Support


* Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.


* Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.


* Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.

Change Management & Adoption


* Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.


* Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement


* Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.


* Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities to improve adoption
