Scope of Responsibility: Responsible for the planning and execution of the productivity of the department.

Essential Duties: Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Review project instructions and blue prints.Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.Installs interior and exterior panels/trim.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Requirements: Training in vocational schools, or related on-the-job experience.High school diploma, or equivalentMust be familiar with basic hand tools.Must be able to read a tape measure.Must be able to read and understand instructions.Must be able to work efficiently without supervision.Must be self-motivated and towards others.Experience with troubleshooting.Must be able to communicate with, and accurately instruct team members on issues regarding safety, company policies, and workflow.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materialsMust be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekendsPosition requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety-minded individualMust be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperaturesMust have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods ...
