Job Description:

The Director of Market Access CoE is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and leading a high-impact centre of excellence that drives high-quality integrated pricing strategy, bidding strategy, early access strategy and capabilities across entire portfolio closely partnering with regional and local cross-functional teams;


* Overall market access and pricing strategies
+ Develop and own end to end pricing strategies for entire portfolio covering from early pipeline, launch, NRDL, to life cycle management
+ Strategic access strategy for early pipelines and BD
+ Business key cycle pricing planning



* End-to-end Tendering strategy, policy and operation management



* Develop and lead the execution of tendering strategy at national and provincial levels;


* Manage external stakeholder engagement and policy shaping for pricing and procurement bureau under NHSA;



* Policy analysis, market intelligence & capability building for entire integrated market access and government affair team
+ Track, analyze, and forecast healthcare, reimbursement, pricing, tendering, HE, RWE policies, providing strategic opportunity and risk assessment;
+ Develop policy position and shaping evidence
+ Lead the design and implementation of capability building programs



* Team leadership & development of a high-performing team and talent growth(total 7 HCs)
+ Foster a culture of C.O.E leadership behaivor and GRIT
+ Drive strategic rigor, execution excellence, collaboration and high compliance



* Strategic projects and initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

Education


* Bachelor's degree is a must; Advanced degree(Master, MBA) strongly preferred;

Experience


* 8 years+ of progressive experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, tendering, HEOR, RWE, policy, within pharmaceutical industry;


* Commercial and government experience would be a plus;
