Responsibilities:


* Partner with Value Stream Leaders to understand business strategy and develop long-term sourcing strategy to improve supply reliability and optimize material costs for key growth products


* Lead Market Engagement Programs to support competitive bidding for Make vs.

Buy assessments, NPI supplier selection, and targeted component spend areas across Electronics, External Manufacturing, Direct Precision Material and Packaging Categories



* Orchestrate of category/supplier management performed by the categories and oversight for the execution delivery of the strategic plan and business plan, in line with expectations put forth by BWI SC, Quality, R&D and Commercial functions



* Support 5+ strategic sourcing initiatives simultaneously across multiple products, global procurement categories, and geographies


* Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level


* Lead multiple complex supplier negotiations simultaneously.
