Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months , subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required , regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

The Payroll Automation Sr.

Analyst is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of automation solutions that support payroll operations, compliance, and reporting.

This role partners Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and implement scalable automation solutions across platforms such as Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.

The position plays a key role in improving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across end-to-end payroll processes.
