Corporate Paralegal

What Youll Do: Manage legal intake process, workflow tracking, and record maintenance to ensure timely handling of requests in accordance with established processes.Partner with Legal Counsel to develop and maintain legal playbooks, standard operating procedures, and internal compliance guidance.

Oversee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) management, including preparation, tracking, execution, and record maintenance.Administer contracts by monitoring key milestones, expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements.Manage intake and fulfillment of Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests from customers and vendors and liaise with insurance brokers to issue certificates Who you are: A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys creating structure and processes.Outgoing and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels of the organization.Independently motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
