Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and recovery


* Monitor resident conditions and administer medications as prescribed


* Serve as a calm, compassionate presence for residents and their families

Qualifications


* Current and valid California LVN license


* Passion for senior care and post-acute services


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Positive attitude with a commitment to compassionate care
