At APV, we Always Provide Value Position Summary APV is seeking a Project Manager - Integration to lead the program management integration function on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) .

The Project Manager owns cross-workstream coordination across functional, technical, data migration, integration, security, and change management workstreams, and serves as the principal program management point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), OCHCO leadership, OCIO partners, integration vendors, and APV leadership.

This role applies disciplined PMBOK-based and Agile program management practices to a complex multi-vendor, multi-component federal HC modernization environment.

The Project Manager prepares and maintains the integrated master schedule (IMS), drives cross-workstream dependency management, leads risk and issue resolution, manages program financials and CDRL deliverables, and provides the executive-grade reporting and stakeholder communication required to keep the program on schedule, on budget, and on quality.

Duties: Program Planning, Schedule & Cross-Workstream Integration Prepare and maintain the project plans, integrated master schedule (IMS), milestones, dependencies, and critical path for completing all tasks described in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statement (PWS), as appropriate.

Lead cross-workstream coordination across functional, technical, data migration, integration, security (ISSO), QA/testing, training, OCM/change management, and operations workstreams.

Manage inter-dependencies between APV-led activities and dependencies on OCIO, integration vendors, source system owners (NFC, OPM, BENEFEDS, TSP), DHS Privacy Office, and component HR partners.
