The Superintendent is responsible for maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers, and takes pride in delivering exceptional projects.

Responsibilities Manage all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project closeout.

Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.

Coordinate all subcontractor activities and sequencing.

Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and contract requirements.

Identify potential schedule conflicts and proactively develop solutions.
