This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

The Project Engineer will work closely with the project manager and site superintendent to execute construction plans, monitor progress, and address any technical challenges that may arise.

Traveling will be required for this position.

Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects during the pre-construction phase.

Manage subcontractor agreements and performance.

Prepare agendas and compile/distribute minutes for weekly OAC meetings.

Procore Project Management Software.

Upload and manage project drawings.

Handle commitments and submittals.

Manage RFIs during the construction period.

Upload site progress photos.

Maintain the project directory of subcontractors and vendors.

Submit daily logs to track progress on site.

Conduct weekly site inspections and document incident reports...
