Field Supervisor Lindsey Life Home Care Full-Time, Non-Exempt | SundayThursday Schedule | Hybrid Administrative and Direct Caregiving Services About the Role Lindsey Life Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to partner with leadership in ensuring clients receive appropriate, high-quality services that support safe and successful living in their own homes.

This role serves as a key liaison among Care Professionals, clients, families, and leadership while supporting service oversight, scheduling, supervisory visits, staff guidance, and direct caregiving coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing immediate operational needs with compassionate, people-centered communication.

This position requires strong follow-through, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to remain positive and responsive in a fast-paced home care environment.
