To enhance patient care, improve efficiency, and reduce administrative burden, Absolute Home Health and Hospice has implemented use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist our field clinicians with clinical OASIS documentation.

AI serves as a documentation support tool by helping organize and summarize clinical information based on the documentation provided by the clinician.

It is designed to allow clinicians to spend more time focused on providing quality patient care while improving the accuracy and consistency of documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES As a physical Therapist, you will be responsible for responding to routine and critical situations providing skilled therapy assessments, and supportive care for Home Care Patients.

Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in evaluation of patient needsPromoting continuous quality improvementTeaching and counseling patients/familiesTimely and accurate documentation Requirements Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program/SchoolActive MI PT LicenseMust possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving recordValid CPR Card Preferred At least 1 year Physical Therapy experienceAt least 1 year Home Health experience
