The Team

The Innovation & Delivery Transformation (I&DT) team is building the future of Deloitte's business through new AI-native platforms and products.

The team is responsible for identifying, nurturing, scaling, and winning in new markets through new capabilities.

Rather than relying on what the firm has historically done, I&DT looks ahead and invests in areas where growth is expected three, five, and ten years into the future.

This role is aligned to the Converge for Life Sciences portfolio, Deloitte's AI-enabled platform portfolio for the modern life sciences enterprise.

Converge by Deloitte combines proprietary data assets, advanced analytics, and AI-driven decision intelligence to help pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical product organizations accelerate the pace of discovery, development, and commercialization, while improving compliance and operational visibility across the enterprise.

This role is 100% dedicated to FastForward, the flagship commercial-engagement offering within the portfolio.

Delivered most often as a Managed Platform-as-a-Service (MPaaS) for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), FastForward stands up a fully configured, AI-ready commercial org for mid-market life sciences companies in weeks rather than quarters.

It pairs a standardized 90/10 configuration model, roughly 90% pre-built and 10% client-tailored, with a small Deloitte managed-operations team, giving emerging and commercial pharma organizations enterprise-grade field capabilities (visit, sample, account, territory, and product management, plus embedded Agentforce intelligence) without enterprise-scale build cost or complexity.

Position Summary

As a Product Forward Deployed Engineer (pFDE), this role is the technical engine of the FastForward pre-sales cycle.

Working across Product Management, Engineering, Account, and Pursuit teams, and in close partnership with the FastForward Sales Executive, the pFDE builds and leads product demonstrations, proves technical fit and feasibility, and translates client workflows into credible solution approaches that move opportunities from qualification through proof of value.

Work you'll do

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant Product Forward Deployed Engineer (pFDE) to own the technical side of the FastForward pre-sales cycle.

This is an experienced individual-contributor role for someone who operates independently: building and running product demonstrations end to end, shaping solutions directly with clients and internal teams, and raising the technical quality of every FastForward pursuit.

Success is measured by technical wins, demonstration quality, and the strength of the pursuits it enables.
