We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Area Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance across senior living communities throughout our East Coast Florida district.

(Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Vero Beach, Palm Beach)

This position is a highly visible clinical leadership role for an RN who enjoys working directly with communities, developing clinical leaders, supporting frontline teams, and driving quality outcomes.

The Area Nurse Manager will travel throughout the district weekly and work closely with the District Director of Clinical Services to provide coverage, clinical expertise, education, and operational support.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Associate's degree in nursing, health education or related field or Diploma RN.

Two or more years of direct nursing experience with older adults.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Current nurse (RN) license, issued by appropriate state licensing agency.
