We are searching for the best talent for a Marketing Operations Lead to join our US J&J Surgical Vision team.

This position can be based in Irvine, CA or Jacksonville, FL.

Purpose:

This Marketing Operations Lead will support commercial execution and sales enablement activities that help optimize the surgical vision business.

The position will assist with marketing operations, business planning support, reporting, asset deployment, copy approval processes, compliance coordination, and local and regional meeting execution.

The Marketing Operations Lead will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Professional Education, Demand Planning, and other cross-functional teams to help align execution with business priorities and deliver operational excellence.
