The Reporting and Analytics Lead is responsible for the development and execution of enhanced reporting and analytic capabilities across the organization.

Ensure continuous improvement and bring best in class technology solutions to support flawless execution.

The lead ensures that both the regional and global plan community has effective key performance indicators and dashboards to drive the company's performance.

Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and implement comprehensive workflows and dashboards.


* Participate in process capability assessments providing key insights and robust business solutions.


* Identify, activate, and leverage opportunities across other franchises within Johnson & Johnson for key reporting needs.


* Support the development of the future technology roadmap and assess opportunities to drive efficiencies (for example, consolidation of platforms, embracing new technologies, self-serve platforms).
