We're hiring an entry-level Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure product and process documentation remains accurate, support routine quality activities, and manage complaint handling for AMO Groningen.

This full‑time, onsite role (40 hours/week) is an indefinite‑term position and is overtime eligible.

You will support the QA team by owning document flows, checking batch records, and helping resolve quality events under supervision.

We have already identified a potential internal candidate for this position; however, external candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities:


* Manage the document management system: edit, distribute, maintain and archive procedures, work instructions, drawings, specifications and reports to keep documentation current and accessible.


* Update and maintain DMRs and DHRs annually and as needed to ensure traceable product history.


* Check batch file information to confirm products meet process and product specifications and support formal product release.


* Lead routine complaint handling: receive, investigate, document and report complaints, keeping stakeholders informed.


* Maintain complaint and reference databases, analyze complaint trends, and report potential structural deviations for corrective action.


* Act as first point of contact for Quality Events and support disposition of quarantined material in collaboration with relevant teams.
