Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, T otal Rewards Americas, located in Bogotá , Colombia.

This role sits within the HR Digital Solutions pillar and is responsible for the operational delivery and execution of Total Rewards programs across the Americas.

The Manager, Total Rewards partners closely with Total Rewards Leaders, regional HR, COEs, and vendors to ensure compensation and benefits programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with local regulations.

This role has a direct impact on employee experience by ensuring seamless Total Rewards administration across the employee lifecycle while enabling HR partners and leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities



* Serve as the lead for Total Rewards execution across the Americas , ensuring consistent delivery of compensation and benefits programs.



* Manage operational processes related to Total Rewards, including data accuracy, system transactions, compliance documentation, and employee records.
