Essential Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.


* Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence.


* Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.


* Measure and accurately record vital signs.


* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident care.


* Respond promptly and professionally to residents' needs and requests.

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.


* Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.


* New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
