Optical Patient Services Representative

About the Role We are growing! This position will be out of our Hayden office location.

The Optical Patient Services Representative provides warm, welcoming, and efficient customer service to North Idaho Opticals patients throughout the check-in and check-out experience.

This role works closely with optical staff and providers to support smooth clinic operations, ensure visits are processed accurately and promptly, and help patients feel confident about their eyewear choices.

The position follows and supports Coeur dAlene Optical policies and protocols while continuously learning and growing in the optical field.
