Heart to Heart is seeking a compassionate and dependable Lead Direct Support Professional to guide our Day Program and support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in achieving their ISP goals and coordinate daily programming and staff assignments, while building meaningful relationships with the individuals and staff and to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment where every individual can thrive.
