Purpose: The primary responsibility of the Capacity Manager will be to support the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) Division within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine to deliver resourcing insights to members of the R&D senior leadership and help support cross division initiatives/processes.

The Capacity Manager will act as the single point of contact and Capacity Management lead for one or more functional areas, serving as a trusted advisor to those functions.

Proactively identify risks and opportunities in relation to portfolio demand vs.

supply analyses, driving consistent data visualization & processes, and driving informed resource planning practices.

This role will ensure the integrity of FTE forecasting models by monitoring the forecast against actuals and other objective metrics.
