Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) is seeking a Director, SAP Application Development & Security to support enterprise ERP and planning platforms across North America.

Based in Raritan, NJ, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing SAP application development (ABAP), SAP Security, and SAP BTP security services across the enterprise landscape.

The Director will lead the delivery of application development and security capabilities for major transformation programs, including SAP role and persona design, security architecture, access governance, SOX/GxP compliance, and audit readiness.

The role is accountable for ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant SAP solutions while enabling business transformation and operational excellence.

In addition, the Director will provide leadership for vendor management, financial stewardship, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing speed, quality, cost efficiency, resilience, and customer experience.

As the primary escalation point for SAP application development and security services, this leader will partner closely with global technology and business stakeholders to drive automation, standardization, innovation, and service excellence across the ERP ecosystem.

This role will be needed to work with key stakeholders such Technical Product Owners (TPOs), Global Product Owners (GTOs), Enterprise Architecture team(s), Technology Service Owners, TQM and ISRM.
