Purpose

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a strategic and forward-looking data leader for the role of Associate Director, Data Context Enablement within the Data organization.

This role will define, scale, and operationalize the enterprise AI Context Layer as a core data capability across therapeutic areas and business functions.

The leader will transform enterprise data, business knowledge, semantic definitions, master data, metadata, data quality rules, and organizational intelligence into reusable, governed data context that powers AI applications, copilots, agentic workflows, analytics, and enterprise solutions.

The AI Context Layer will serve as the intelligence bridge between enterprise data platforms, semantic models, master data, data quality, business processes, and AI solutions-enabling AI systems to understand business entities, relationships, metrics, and objectives in a consistent, trusted, governed, and explainable way.

This role will establish the data strategy, governance framework, operating model, and reusable context products required to accelerate AI, CRM, field reporting, analytics, marketing, forecasting, and future enterprise data and AI capabilities.
