What You Will Do



* Implement, evaluate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure they remain within established parameters and deliver consistent product quality.


* Support new product introduction by providing process expertise throughout the development lifecycle and facilitating technology transfer to operations.


* Develop and document comprehensive process methodologies, creating clear training materials to enable smooth knowledge transfer to operations teams.


* Establish, document, and maintain robust preventative maintenance plans for critical processes and equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.


* Conduct root cause analyses utilizing established problem-solving tools and methodologies to identify and resolve process issues efficiently.


* Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and qualify new materials and equipment that enhance process capability and performance.


* Participate in cross-functional design reviews, including requirements definition, manufacturability assessments, and application of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).


* Coordinate with manufacturing and quality engineers to facilitate initial builds, prototyping, and validation of products developed by the design team.


* Propose enhancements to new and existing product designs to optimize manufacturability and reduce production costs.


* Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to accelerate development cycles and ensure delivery commitments are met.



* Provide technical support and guidance to organizational stakeholders including manufacturing, quality, marketing, and sales teams.


* Contribute to team training, development, mentoring, and onboarding initiatives to build organizational capability.


* Support and promote a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.


* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.



* Minimum 2 years of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Demonstrated hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
