As a Network Technical Lead within the Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality (PMQ), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of Roche's digital health solutions once they are in the hands of customers and patients.

Our chapter supports a broad portfolio of cloud platforms, mobile applications, connected medical devices, and digital ecosystems.

Every day, we investigate complex product quality issues, customer complaints, and patient allegations, working closely with Development, Regulatory, Medical, and global affiliates to understand what happened, determine the technical root cause, and drive the right actions to continuously improve our products.

As the Network Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership across this ecosystem.

This is a matrix leadership position, where your success comes from influencing technical direction, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enabling engineering teams to resolve the most challenging product quality investigations while continuously strengthening our technical capabilities and ways of working.

The Opportunity

As a Network Technical Lead within the Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality (PMQ), you will lead the technical community responsible for a portfolio of Roche's Digital Solutions, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of quality, reliability, and patient safety after our products reach the market. 


* You provide technical leadership for the investigation and resolution of the most complex customer complaints, product quality issues, and patient allegations across Roche's Digital Solutions portfolio.
