Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner pertaining to the customer mortgage escrow account.Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutionsBuild positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer serviceProvideaccurate and relevantinformationto customers abouttheir escrow accounts.Handle misc.

job tasks when there is a day of low call volumes.

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent, requiredPrefer 1 to 2 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing with direct experience in escrow servicing, preferredStrong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsStrong organizational skills that include the ability manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, requiredExperience working in a fast paced, team environment, requiredExperience working both independently and as a team player, requiredKnowledge of PCs and intermediate / advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, office programsAbility to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers in a timely mannerPositive attitudeDesire to be part of a fun and growing team.
