Purpose of the role

To clinically promote J&J's portfolio of medicines across prioritised NHS Trusts ensuring optimised appropriate patient access.

Following a structured training programme combining self-led learning and expert-led sessions, your primary role as a Pharmaceutical Sales Graduate will be to lead the business plan for implementation within NHS Trusts,you will deliver specific tactics to support appropriate local uptake of medicines in agreement with your National Sales Manager (NSM).

Developing a detailed and in-depth understanding of NHS Trust health priorities, local NHS Trust Pathways and inter-connectivity of the patient journey to other system pathways will be a core requirement to inform effective business planning & customer engagement.

Clinical Promotion & Scientific Knowledge (Licensed Indications ONLY)


* Use your scientific understanding to hold clear, balanced and engaging conversations with healthcare professionals about licensed medicines.


* Support the delivery of local account plans and agreed sales activities, working closely with your manager and cross-functional colleagues.


* Plan and prioritise customer engagement across your assigned NHS Trusts and local healthcare organisations.
