The Opportunity

We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity available in Perth, WA for a Clinical Specialist to join our Orthopaedic Trauma & Craniomaxillofacial team.

Commencing as soon as possible, this role will see you providing hands-on technical support in the operating theatre to our hospital-based customers, supporting the safe and effective use of our Orthopaedic Trauma and CMF product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:


* Attending surgical procedures and providing expert technical support to Orthopaedic and CMF surgeons, registrars and nursing staff on the correct and safe use of our products


* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular clinical support in the perioperative environment, education and in-service training


* Identifying opportunities to support business growth by sharing customer insights and leads with the Sales Team, and assisting with product demonstrations as required


* Maintaining strong product and procedural knowledge through ongoing training, while driving clinical excellence and delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience
