POSITION SUMMARY

Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) is the bridge between scientific discovery and clinical application, encompassing Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), Device development, and clinical supply chain.

This organization ensures that every molecule, modality and delivery system is robustly developed, scaled, and supplied under rigorous and regulatory standards.

The R&D Data Science organization is seeking a Director, Data, Data Science and AI to lead a team of data product engineers, data scientists, and ontology developers in support of the Therapeutics Development and Supply organization.

This people leader role is responsible for building and scaling the data engineering, semantic, ontology, and knowledge graph capabilities that underpin all AI/ML and analytics work across TDS.

You will lead a team of 5+ individual contributors and partner with cross-functional teams across R&D, DDSAI, and J&J IT to deliver AI-ready, governed, and reusable data products for TDS.
