Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Engineer, Automation Acceleration , located in Bangalore, India.

The Engineer, Automation Acceleration plays a critical role in transforming Human Resources operations by designing, building, and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of HR and technology, contributing to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives while improving employee and manager experiences through streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:



* Design, develop, configure, and deploy automation solutions that improve HR efficiency, accuracy, and scalability



* Translate business requirements into technical automation designs, workflows, integrations, and system configurations



* Build and maintain automation solutions using approved automation and workflow technologies



* Develop, test, and support integrations between HR platforms, workflow tools, and enterprise systems


* Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support activities



* Monitor automation performance and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization



* Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and data privacy requirements



* Create and maintain technical documentation, support materials, and deployment standards



* Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver automation initiatives



* Support the development of next-generation automation capabilities leveraging AI, workflow orchestration, and digital technologies

Qualifications

Education:



* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field required


* Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) preferred
