DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Copy Approval Content Specialist for Joint Reconstruction located in Warsaw, IN.

This role will report into the Joint Reconstruction Marketing Services Team.

There is a pre-identified candidate for this role.

The Copy Approval Content Specialist serves as a key partner to the Joint Reconstruction, ensuring promotional and non-promotional materials are reviewed, approved, and distributed in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare advertising standards.

This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Communications teams to facilitate efficient review processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, attention to detail, knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
