Purpose:

The Director, Commercial AI Products will lead AI-powered products that improve commercial customer engagement.

These products will help teams make better decisions, prioritize the right customers, personalize engagement, and measure impact.

This role combines AI product leadership, advanced analytics, and execution.

The leader will turn data and emerging AI capabilities into practical tools that are trusted, adopted, and used in daily work.

The ideal candidate can connect business needs to scalable AI solutions, ground product decisions in analytics, and lead teams that deliver value for customers, patients, and the business.

You will be responsible for:
