Purpose: The Senior Manager, Strategy & Insights, will provide strategic, operational, and communications support for the Innovative Medicine Quality organization.

This role will help shape and deliver the IM Quality strategy narrative, strengthen understanding of organizational priorities and milestones, and support consistent engagement across leaders, employees, and key stakeholders.

The Senior Manager will lead and support assigned projects, cross-functional programs, and strategic initiatives; champion change management; and provide support for key meetings, presentations, and leadership engagements.

This role reports to the IM Quality Director, Strategy & Insights.

You will be responsible for:

Communications Strategy and Execution:


* Develop communications strategies, messaging, and materials for the IMQ organization across channels and formats.


* Identify and elevate stories that demonstrate IMQ's impact on customers, patients, and Johnson & Johnson's commitment to quality.


* Translate complex data, digital, AI, and innovation strategies into clear, compelling communications for leadership and employee audiences.


* Communicate IM Quality operating model updates, milestones, metrics, and progress with clarity and consistency.
