Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership and act as a trusted business partner for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Finance Greece & GRO cluster synergies.

This high-visibility role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to support planning cycles, forecast updates, latest thinking, and closing activities.

The Senior Financial Analyst leverages strong analytical capabilities to generate actionable insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

The role also involves presenting financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong business partnering skills, the ability to navigate complexity, challenge assumptions, and take ownership in a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose

The Senior Finance Analyst acts as a strategic business partner, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and delivery of organizational G&Os.

The role combines financial planning, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong ownership and accountability for key financial processes.
