Job Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our EP/NV commercial organization across Italy.

The Italy HR Leader EP/NV is responsible for a number of EP/NV commercial across Italy, and will provide BUHR support to our Regional Office teams, in addition to project management for the entire team.

The HR Leader plays a pivotal role in translating regional people strategies into impactful local execution, aligned with business priorities.

Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, the role drives business outcomes through expert support in coaching, talent management, organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning.

This position requires strong business partnering skills, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and the ability to influence and enable leadership to deliver results through people.

The role reports into the EP/NV HR Leader EMEA.

Primary Responsibilities:

60% BUHR for Italy

20% BUHR support to the BUHR Leader for Regional Office

20% Project Management across EP/NV HR



* Lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that support both short- and long-term business objectives across the EP organization, including alignment with the broader EP/NV strategy.



* Provide comprehensive HR support to Business Units, encompassing workforce planning, organisational and job design, change management, coaching, succession planning, and talent development-with a strong emphasis on fostering innovation, collaboration, and capability building.


* Support the HR Lead for the Regional Office with these teams as required


* Partner closely with business leaders to cultivate diverse leadership pipelines and strengthen organisational capabilities across all levels.
